We have endeavoured to keep contracts simple, flexible and above
all fair.
To get a contract started we require a nominal charge per machine
per month, payable by standing order or direct debit. This charge
is usually £9 per machine but discounts do apply depending
upon the number of machines that you wish us to support.
If at any point you are not happy with our service
then you may cancel your contract with only one month's notice.
There will never be any increase in our monthly charge per
machine for as long as the fee continues to be paid without
interruption. If the contract is stopped and then later renewed
it will be renewed at whatever price is then currently being
advertised.
Please note the following restrictions that
apply to "under warranty equipment", supplied by
ourselves

If a customer requires us to replace or
re-install software which has been corrupted in any way
by the action of the user, including corruption by any viruses
introduced then this will be chargeable at the agreed rates,
laid out below.

We will not re-install any programs which
are not legal copies as this would infringe copyright laws.
This usually means that the customer must make available
to our technicians their original discs. If the customer
does not have the original disks we may still be able to
help as long as the customer has a legal license. If the
customer does not have the disks for any software they should
inform our technicians before they are called out so that
we might have the opportunity to make alternative arrangements.

If backups have not been adequately performed
we cannot guarantee the recovery of data as the customer
is responsible at all times for all data on their machines.
We do however have many methods available to attempt data
recovery should the situation ever arise.
